RSVP by Nov. 2 for Community Action dinner and recognition ceremony
First State Community Action Agency will celebrate 53 years of service in Delaware beginning at 5 p.m., Monday, Nov. 19, at Dover Downs Conference Center.
The event includes a reception, dinner, musical performances by Shades of Blue jazz ensemble, silent auction, 50/50 raffle and a recognition ceremony honoring Dr. Anne Farley, recipient of the 2018 Stanford L. Bratton Award for Leadership and Service. Delaware Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester of the U.S. House of Representatives will deliver the keynote speech.
