Santa set to come to Milton
Guess who’s coming to dinner in Milton?
That’s right, Santa Claus is coming to the Dough Bar every Sunday in December before Christmas, and customers will be able to buy special dinner packages and have dinner with old St. Nick.
“We had special access to the North Pole,” said Dough Bar owner Kristen Latham.
Dinner with Santa is by reservation only and meals can be purchased in two packages, one for $55 and the other for $75. The $55 package includes a dinner for two people, with an appetizer, entree, side, two non-alcoholic drinks and a dessert. The $75 package offers a meal for a family of four with an appetizer, two entrees, two kids meals, four non-alcoholic drinks and dessert. Latham said customers can add pizza or alcoholic beverages at extra cost.
Desserts are a special treat with the choice between chocolate fondue, cookies, cake and the ability to roast your own s'mores.
On Sunday, Dec. 4, Dec. 11 and Dec. 18, customers can choose to have a meal with Santa at three different time slots: 3 to 4:30 p.m., 5 to 6:30 p.m. or 7 to 8:30 p.m. Latham said the dinners will also feature a raffle intended to raise money for charity.
