SDARJ deserves kudos for Chantels concert

June 24, 2022

To all Southern Delaware Alliance for Racial Justice members, sponsors, organizers, volunteers, thank you for a wonderful, remarkable, enjoyable and memorable evening June 18. Thank you for hosting and organizing The Chantels in concert at the Performing Arts Theater at Cape Henlopen High School. It was a concert we all enjoyed. Thank you for educating, informing and advocating for racial justice, equality and fair opportunity, especially during the historical Juneteenth Celebration Freedom Day. I was so impressed with the diversity makeup in the audience to include age, gender, religion, race, socioeconomic status, political affiliations, demographics, employment and others. Kudos, SDARJ, for reaching out to all of us for such a time as this. Do not be weary in well doing. Saturday was a true testament of the important work SDARJ does and continues to do. I am so blessed by your tireless work.
