Sea Witch outdoor events cancelled Oct. 27
The Sea Witch Festival’s outdoor events scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 27, have been cancelled.
In a press release sent early Sunday morning, Emily Grothey, Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Chamber of Commerce event coordinator, said the following outdoor activities have been cancelled – outdoor vendor area at the Bandstand, entertainment on the Bandstand, the dog parade, hayrides, the horse show on the beach, scales and tales, the kid’s treasure hunt and pony rides on the beach.
Not all is lost for today’s events. Grothey said the following activities will continue as scheduled – indoor vendor area in convention center, the magic show in convention center, Sea Witch® 5K Classic Run and One Mile Fright Walk, First State Webfooters Walk & Bike and balloon twisting has been moved to the convention center.
