Seely Homes LLC was recently recognized as an outstanding First State custom home builder, earning three 2026 Regal Awards from the Home Builders Association of Delaware.

"We are incredibly honored by this recognition,” said Julleanna Seely, co-owner of Seely Homes. “These awards represent much more than beautiful homes. They reflect the trust our clients place in us and the dedication of an amazing team that pours their heart into every project.” 

Seely Homes received awards for Best Affordable Custom Home Under 3,000 Square Feet; Best Single Family Custom Home Under 3,000 Square Feet; and Best Active Adult Custom Home Under 3,000 Square Feet.

In addition, Seely Homes team member Cassie Davis Davis was honored with a Silver Million Dollar Club award for outstanding sales achievement.
