During a ceremony Sept. 27 in Dover, Rehoboth City Manager Sharon Lynn was recognized as the Delaware League of Local Governments’ City Manager of the Year. The organization presents the award each year to acknowledge Delaware city managers who have made exceptional contributions to their community and profession.
