The Shields Elementary Girls on the Run team hosted a food drive to support families in the Cape Henlopen School District.
Each season, the girls work together to organize a project that will make a difference in their community.
The girls created posters and flyers, encouraging everyone in the school to join their efforts in collecting as many food items as possible to be donated to the Cape Henlopen Food Basket.
