Shipwreck, a beach store located on the Forgotten Mile outside Rehoboth Beach, is now open seven days a week.

Located in the Seacoast Center strip mall, just east of the Route 1 bridge over the Lewes-Rehoboth Canal, Shipwreck has taken over the spot that was the longtime home to Tidal Rave. The store features beachwear, custom clothing, gifts, souvenirs, beach toys and skimboards.

Evan Mock, Shipwreck store manager, said the store reopened as Shipwreck in late May. A lot of people know it as Tidal Rave, but little by little, customers are learning it’s a new store with different options, he said.

There’s an abundant selection of inventory, but more is arriving daily, and the store can make custom designs for customers, said Mock.

Looking to the future, Mock said the goal is to try to make the store more of a year-round business.
