Simmons sounds like rebellious teenager

September 7, 2021

John Simmons, who has attacked a writer who promotes wearing masks and being vaccinated against COVID-19, is acting like a rebellious teenager.  In order to live in this society, there have to be rules, which he clearly is against. Stating China’s child rules and other vague opinions to support his disgust for being told to wear a mask is ridiculous.

I suppose he might be against our traffic lights, stop signs, violations for driving under the influence, not having his children vaccinated against polio, measles, whooping cough and other contagious diseases, paying his fair share of taxes, waiting in line peacefully at McDonald’s, and the list could go on about rules that we have so our society can function in a fair and humane manner.  If we are to contain the spread of this virus, we must listen to our scientists and wear masks and get vaccinated. If we are to put out a fire, we pour water on it. Same situation. It is very simple. The vaccine is free and it has been approved for public use, not just an emergency use.  A no-brainer. Just do it!
