Coldwell Banker Resort Realty has once again received corporate accolades from Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC with the announcement of international awards.

Recognized as one of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC’s longest franchisees, Coldwell Banker Resort Realty first affiliated with the CB brand in 1983.

“Coldwell Banker Resort Realty exemplifies the standards of excellence for which Coldwell Banker affiliate offices are known,” said Todd Keffer, Mid Atlantic brand ambassador for Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. “It is an honor to recognize Coldwell Banker Resort Realty. Further it is a pleasure to announce Skip Faust as the No. 1 agent in Delaware. This is the 25th year Skip has been awarded this highest ranking during his real estate career, simply a remarkable accomplishment.”

Faust was also recognized for inclusion in the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite designation for his 2020 sales performance.

A licensed realtor since 1986, Faust is a Beebe Baby, an alumnus of Cape Henlopen High School and the University of Delaware, and is proud to call Lewes home. Over the years he has been actively involved as a coach, board member and mentor of Lewes Little League. “Our clients look to us for results, and the leadership at Coldwell Banker Resort Realty makes it possible to provide the best service to our clients, exceed expectations and achieve results. It’s a client-focused team effort,” said Faust.

For her 2020 production, Julie Gritton was recognized with the Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier designation, distinguishing her among the top 3 percent of agents worldwide. Lee Johnson and Beth Dorman were recognized with the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite designation, distinguishing them within the top 5 percent of all Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide.

Receiving the International President’s Circle designation for their achievements in 2020 were Jeff Kemp and Kathy Newcomb, ranking them among the top 10 percent of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.

Receiving the International Diamond Society designation for their achievements in 2020 were Joanne Milton, Melissa Rudy and Nitan Soni. This places them among the top 15 percent of all sales associates worldwide.

Receiving the International Sterling Society designation, placing them in the top 25 percent of all sales associates worldwide for their achievements in 2020, were Rick Bennett and Kathy Douglass.

Achieving this level of international recognition takes a full-time commitment to clients and a passion for real estate. All agents recognized are members of the National Association of Realtors, Delaware Association of Realtors and Sussex County Association of Realtors.
