Stephanie A. Kochinski, McDonald’s employee
Stephanie A. Kochinski, 64, of Millsboro, formerly of Norristown, Pa., passed away Friday, June 14, 2019, at her home.
Stephanie was born in Norristown May 18, 1955, daughter of the late Charles Wilbur Speelhoffer and the late Ethel (Zigouras) Speelhoffer. She graduated from Norristown Area High School in 1973.
Stephanie was employed by McDonald’s in Long Neck for the last nine years. She made such an impact with the customers whom she served, and also made lasting friendships with them as well. Stephanie enjoyed taking golfcart rides with her canine companion, Sparky, and spending time with her close friends and family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Charles F. Speelhoffer, David A. Speelhoffer, Bruce N. Speelhoffer and Jon M. Speelhoffer.
She is survived by her loving husband and best friend of 18 years, John Kochinski; a sister, Janet Arena; a brother, Jay Speelhoffer (Julie); close friends Calvin Mitchell, Susan Gray, and Linda Phiffer; three sisters-in-law, Jane Conrad Speelhoffer, Jan Steinfeldt Speelhoffer and Diane Mulvey Speelhoffer; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and a great-great-niece. She is also survived by countless other friends and customers.
A visitation will be held from noon to 2:30 p.m., Thursday, June 27, at the Long Neck Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 32013 Long Neck Road, Millsboro, where a celebration of her life will begin at 2:30 p.m. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Millsboro.
