Susan Macintire solo art show opens Oct. 24 at Lavender Fields

Susan Macintire Fine Art, based in Lewes, is exhibiting works at two local venues.

All About Lines, a judged show that opened Oct. 21 at Milton Arts Guild, will be available for viewing from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday to Sunday, through Sunday, Nov. 28, at 310 Walnut St., Milton. View the show virtually at miltonartsguild.org.

Macintire will also have a week-long pop-up solo show with opening reception 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 24 at Lavender Fields at Warrington Manor, 18864 Cool Spring Road, Milton. 

It will be held in the farm’s drying barn and feature 12-15 original works, along with framed and unframed giclée prints and notecards available for purchase.

Macintire’s artwork is on exhibit year-round at the Shore Marketplace, 17689 Coastal Hwy., Lewes, open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

Susan Macintire is a painter and pastelist residing in Lewes who works from still life, plein air, memory and photos. Her painting “Enjoy Each Day” recently earned a first-place award in a Mispillion Art League show and is currently on display at the MAL gallery.
