Sussex County Genealogical Society helps people track their ancestors.
Sussex County Genealogical Society celebrated its 15-year anniversary May 18 at Lewes Public Library. About 55 charter members started the society, but many have passed away and a few had prior engagements. Five attending charter members were recognized. New officers were sworn in, and subscriptions and services were raffled off. Attendees had the opportunity to pick the brain of genealogist Craig Soot, owner of Heritage Books.
