Take your cigarette butts with you

September 24, 2021

The other day I was enjoying a late afternoon on the beautiful beach at Gordons Pond.

To my dismay I noted several cigarette butts strewn along the beach.  Needless to say, smoking is not allowed on the Rehoboth beaches.  Smoking and leaving butts behind displays a selfish and blatant disregard for rules in place to keep our beaches smoke and litter free.  Frankly, I have nothing against those who choose to smoke.  However, if you choose to break the rules, please, no buts about it  - take your butts with you.
