Thanks for Beach Walk deliberations
As an 18-year part time resident of Spring Lake, the proposed Beach Walk gave every indication of too dense a development for the property. Thank you for evaluating the proposal and applying criteria consistent with other developments. I look forward to seeing the Bay Mart property revitalized, but utilizing well considered, proven approaches.
