Thomas ‘TJ’ Healy II, chair of Delaware’s Motion Picture and Television Development Commission, will keynote the Memorial Day ceremony of Kent County Chapter 850, Vietnam Veterans of America, at 2 p.m., Monday, May 27, at Veterans Memorial Park, Dover.
