TKo Hospitality announced the addition of two boutique hotels, Ocean Glass Inn and The Waypoint, to its growing portfolio in Rehoboth Beach, further strengthening the company’s presence along the Delaware coast.
Ocean Glass Inn and The Waypoint will join TKo’s Delaware Beach Collection, a curated portfolio of coastal properties designed to deliver distinct, experience-driven stays across the region.
The collection includes well-established hotels such as Hyatt Place Dewey Beach, Hyatt House Lewes Rehoboth Beach, Coast Rehoboth Beach, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, and Crosswinds Rehoboth.
“Rehoboth Beach has long been an important part of our growth,” said Vince DiFonzo, president of TKo Hospitality. “The addition of Ocean Glass Inn and The Waypoint represents a natural extension of our Delaware Beach Collection. Expanding with these properties enhances our unique mix of boutique and branded hotels, allowing us to deliver a broader range of experiences to our guests. We’re excited to strengthen our presence in the area with hotels that are a natural fit, and this expansion reflects our continued commitment to the Delaware beach market and our long-term growth.”
The properties are owned by Joe and John Herbert. “Our guests come to Rehoboth for something they can’t find anywhere else – and after years of renovation, we’ve intentionally created boutique hotels that reflect that uniqueness," said Joe Herbert. "Every detail, from the design to the overall experience, has been thoughtfully crafted. Choosing the right management partner was just as important. With the addition of Revelation Brewery’s new on-site brewpub and TKo’s operational expertise and passion for hospitality, we’re excited about what’s ahead and look forward to a successful summer season.”
