Trinity Logistics named Great Place to Work for third year

Trinity Logistics Inc. of Seaford celebrates its third year of being certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work. Trinity earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its team members in anonymous surveys. Team members were asked about their workplace experience with questions that measure the ways in which credibility, respect and fairness are expressed in the work environment.

According to this year’s survey, 97 percent of Trinity Logistics team members who completed surveys said it is a great workplace. This is up 9 percent from 2018.

“We are so excited and humbled by the results of this year’s survey,” said Hayley Dobson, vice president of team operations. “We always look forward to the feedback from our team on what we are doing well and how we can continuously improve. Our team members are our No. 1 asset, and we want to make sure we continue to foster a Great Place to Work environment.”
