Walk With Me and 5K Fun Run to benefit Easterseals Oct. 13
Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore invites the public to join them for the seventh annual Walk With Me & 5K Fun Run Delmarva event, slated for 3 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 13, at Baywood Greens in Long Neck.
It will unite hundreds of Easterseals families and supporters in lower Delaware and along Maryland’s Eastern Shore to raise funds for Easterseals services in order to impact the lives of local individuals and families living with disabilities.
“We are excited about our seventh annual Walk With Me event. We hope to make this a record-breaking year, and we have hit the ground running after our kickoff event raised over $1,000,” said Linda Forte, Walk With Me event coordinator and community relations coordinator. “The event raises money to support local people with disabilities and their families served by Easterseals programs. We hope to see you there.”
