Wilbert John Hall II, always happy, cheerful

Wilbert John Hall II of Georgetown was born Dec. 17, 1945, to the late Wilbert and Elizabeth Hall. He departed this life Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2019.

Wilbert attended William Jason High School in Georgetown. He was employed by Townsend’s Farms in Millsboro as a feed mill operator. Wilbert was a devoted member of Union United Methodist Church in Trenton, N.J., for many years. Wilbert was always happy and cheerful. He enjoyed carving, drawing, working on cars, fishing, and taking walks.

Wilbert was married to the late Barbara Hall.

He is survived by his brother and sister Melvin Hall and Delores Hall; a sister-in-law Geraldine Hall; a brother-in-law Willie Davis Jr.; his 10 children: Elbert Davis, Brenda Hall, Brian Hall, Michael Hall, Wilbert J. Hall III, Douglas Hall, Clifton Hall, Keisha Bailey and son-in-law Jeffrey Bailey, Katina Wise and son-in-law Donshay Wise and Angela Hall; 11 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces, nephews and wonderful friends. 

Celebration of life will be held at Friendship United Methodist Church, 30983 Friendship Road, Millsboro, at noon, Saturday, Oct. 19. Family and friends may visit two hours prior to service.
