Rehoboth Beach Barbell Club’s head strength coach Will Harris recently won his sixth Delaware's Strongest Man title and qualified to represent Delaware at the 2020 Strongman Corporation National Championship.
More than 25 of the strongest athletes from across the country went head-to-head in the circus dumbbell press, deadlift, sandbag throw, husafell stone carry and keg load.
Competing in the Men's Open 200-pound class, Harris won three of five of the day's events and qualified for the 2020 Strongman Corporation National Championship in Montgomery, Ala.
Winning his first title at 26 and his most recent at 34, Harris's goal is to inspire others to develop and maintain a lifelong pursuit of strength and good health.
