William Louis Pfeiffer Sr., Moravian pastor

William Louis Pfeiffer Sr., 77, of Georgetown passed away at his residence Saturday, Jan. 12, 2019. William was born in Galloway Township, Pomona, N.J. He was the son of the late William P. and Wilhamina (Hohneisen) Pfeiffer. William was married to Kathleen C. (Leyh) Pfeiffer; brother of Warren Pfeiffer and Louis Bates; and brother-in-law to Judy Kilpatrick.

William was married to Kathleen for 53 years; they had three children and five grandchildren. His eldest son, William and his wife Angie reside in Cape Charles Va. They have two children, William III and Anna Pfeiffer. His middle son, Marc is married to Jennifer. They reside in Scarlets Mill, Pa., with their son, Blake. His youngest son, Christopher, is married to Lauren, and they have two daughters, Riley and Ragan, and they reside in Haddon Heights, N.J.

William served as a Moravian pastor for over 40 years. He first obtained his bachelor of science degree from Moravian College; he then earned his master’s degree from Moravian Theological Seminary. Bill continued his education and achieved his doctorate of ministry from Drew University.  

No formal services will be held.
