Williams is the authentic leader Lewes needs

May 13, 2022

Like Andrew, our family has been in Lewes for multiple generations. We have had the good fortune of getting to know Andrew and have very much appreciated his approach as he became a city council member who has been honest, fair and inclusive. Preservation and progress are equally important to the future of Lewes. Andrew Williams is the one candidate who has both a deep understanding and appreciation for where we've been and a fresh, inclusive approach for how best to move forward together.

We, among many others, have witnessed and been extremely impressed with Andrew's work ethic and commitment to city council, and have watched him take countless hours of his time meeting with community members to come up to solutions that work for everyone. As our mayor, we are confident he has these characteristics and will continue to sit down and talk with an unbiased approach with all of our community.

It's telling and refreshing that Lewes has multiple choices this year for mayor. For the first time in years, we have the opportunity to elect a mayor that is ready to take our beloved Lewes into its next chapter. We believe that Andrew Williams is the authentic leader Lewes needs.
