Yoga goes online to fight stress of pandemic

Local studios stretch with the times
April 9, 2020

Keeping a schedule is important to sanity in a work-at-home world.  Going into the third week of the COVID-19 lockdowns, many people are settling into a rhythm with homeschooling, menu preparation, nap time and exercise.

Using social media platforms as well as other apps, local studios are maintaining their commitment to keeping participants balanced and centered. Many classes are offered free or requesting a donation. While some might already be connected to a particular practice in town, if trying out a new style or studio is on your to-do list, here are some options – and you don't have to leave the house.
