Yoga for Strong Bones sessions set Nov. 15, 22

To help people maintain strong bones and stay independent as they age, Ellyn Hutton, BSN, RN, will lead Yoga for Strong Bones classes at the beach. Sessions are set for 6 to 7:15 p.m., Fridays, Nov. 15 and 22, at Lanikai Wellness in Paynter’s Mill, Milton.

Hutton has trained with Dr. Loren Fishman, who researched the positive effects of yoga on bone density. She will share the 12 specific poses that, when practiced four times a week, can strengthen, reverse and halt bone loss. Cost its $25 per class.
