Oversee the daily process of kitchen and manage food preparation. Direct kitchen staff and handle all food-related issues, including checking up on food supplies, planning menus, and creating new recipes. Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures. Estimate ingredients and supplies required to prepare a recipe. Requirements: Associate's degree or two years of university level education in gastronomy, hospitality, or related. Foreign equivalent accepted. Location: Rehobooth, De.
