Georgetown AARP's Stella Hickman honored by national organization

The Georgetown Chapter AARP No. 5340 has announced that Stella Hickman of Millsboro has been honored by National AARP for the year 2015.
Carlos de la Ramos of the Wilmington office was on hand at the April 4 meeting to present Hickman with a letter from the national organization as well as a certificate and a pin naming her as Community Service Honoree for the United States.
Hickman is a 15-year member of the chapter and truly lives the motto To Serve, Not to be Served.
