David C. Coulbourn, masonry contractor

David C. Coulbourn, 53, of Millsboro, passed away at his home Sunday, May 1, 2016.

David was born in Milford, son of Donald and Dorothy (Lewis) Coulbourn. He was a masonry contractor for 35 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, NASCAR, and spending time with friends and family.

David was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Coulbourn. He is survived by his loving wife, Jacqueline “Jackie” (Gray) Coulbourn; his father Donald Coulbourn; a sister, Denise Coulbourn; several nieces and nephews; and his best friends, dog Nova and cat Rascal.

A memorial service will be held Friday, May 6, at noon, at the chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 32013 Long Neck Road, Millsboro, where friends may call after 11:30 a.m. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in David’s memory to Tunnell Cancer Center, 18941 John J. Williams Hwy., Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.
