An empty car found submerged in a Long Neck waterway was removed by emergency responders Jan. 21.
Emergency responders from Indian River Vol. Fire Company, Millsboro Fire Company, Dagsboro Volunteer Fire Department, Selbyville Volunteer Fire Company and elsewhere responded about 9 a.m. to a report of a vehicle in the water at the end of S.
