Blooming Boutique’s Facebook group called Moving with Maggie and Micha will be participating in the upcoming Rehoboth Heart Walk this Sunday, September 22 at 10am. The heart walk is put on by the American Heart Association which uses donated funds to support life-saving heart-related research. The team’s goal is to reach one thousand dollars in donations and have at least 10 walkers with team! The walk is 2 miles, just the length of the Rehoboth Boardwalk, and parking will be free that weekend. The team will be meeting at 9:40 at Mug and Spoon, across from the Bandstand on Rehoboth Avenue for those who would like to join.
“Moving with Maggie and Micha” is a community that strives to help individuals live a healthy active lifestyle by rewarding them for performing physical activities. The group is an accountability partner, which can be difficult to find! Moving doesn’t have to be overly strenuous, because this isn’t a weight-loss group, it’s focused on being healthy and forming a team to lift each other up. There is no cost to join the group, and we welcome all to join!
