Coldwell Banker Resort Realty announces Top Producers for November!

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty is pleased to announce the firm’s top producers for the month of November. For the Rehoboth branch, the top listing agent was Frank Hornstein, The top selling agent was Nitan Soni.  The top overall agent was Skip Faust.  For the Lewes branch the top listing agent and top overall agent was Dolores Desmond.  The top selling agent was Mary-Beth Pepper.   

Frank Hornstein joined Coldwell Banker Resort Realty in 2016. He has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Penn State University. Prior to real estate, he owned and operated his own business, Plantworks Design Group in Washington, DC. Prior to moving to the area full time, he enjoyed weekend visits for over 15 years. 

Nitan Soni has been licensed for just over a year. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Resort Realty, Nitan spent 10 years in sports management as a varsity soccer coach at several schools throughout the region that include Rutgers, Wesley, Temple, Delaware State and University of Delaware. He earned his Masters in Education from Wesley College and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Del. State. He is currently Technical Director / Director of Coaching for the Henlopen Soccer Club. 

Skip Faust, a licensed Realtor since 1986, is a Lewes native.  He has been recognized as Delaware’s number one agent for the Coldwell Banker Brand for 20 years and is a member of the President’s International Elite Circle ranking him within the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. He is actively involved as a coach, board member and mentor with Lewes Little League. 

Dolores Desmond, Vice President and Broker of Record of the Lewes office, has been licensed since 1997. She has been recognized as a Top Producer for the last nine consecutive years and is a member of the President’s Multi-Million Dollar Circle. Desmond has earned her Certified Distressed Property Expert designation, specializing in short sales and helping homeowners find alternatives to foreclosures. She is a founding Charter member and past Board Member of the Sussex County Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors. 

Mary-Beth Pepper, has been a licensed realtor since 2004 with a previous career as a legal secretary with a law firm specializing in real estate transactions. She is a member of the Sussex County Women’s Council of Realtors.
