Lemony White Beans Bruschetta:– Lemony White Beans Spread, topped with Baby Arugula salad and Sliced Prosciutto Di Parma.

First Course:

Prosciutto & Wrapped Grilled Fig Salad– Served over Tricolore Salad, Candy Walnut and Roasted Pears, tossed in a Champagne Vinaigrette. Garnished with Sliced Parma Cheese.

Entrée | Choice of:

Shrimp Gnocchi Ligure– Shrimp, sautéed with Sliced Asparagus, Sun-Dried Tomato and Walnut in a Traditional Pesto Cream Sauce, tossed Home made Gnocchi. Garnished with Grated Pecorino Romano.

Vitello Alla Fungo- Pan Seared Thin Veal Scaloppini with Portabella Mushrooms, Artichoke Hearts and Grape Tomato in a Sherry Wine Demi Sauce. Served Over Parmesan Mashed Potato and Sautéed Asparagus.

Dessert:

Trio Martini Mousse– Home made Fresh Strawberry, Chocolate and Vanilla Mousse, served in a Martini Glass. Garnished with Pizzelle.
