- Private group -
June 1, 2017

First State Animal Center & SPCA has added new dates to their low cost surgery schedule for cats and small dogs at the Center. They are all Wednesdays; June 7th, June 21st and June 28th. The prices for cats are $60 for female cats, $40 for male cats, including a rabies vaccine. If you do not need a rabies vaccine you must provide a copy of the rabies info the morning of surgery. The surgery price will then be $10 less. Feral cats will be done for $35 which includes a rabies vaccine and ear tip. Owned cats must come in a plastic carrier and feral cats must come in a trap. Additional services such as FIV/FELV testing, FVRCP vaccines, microchipping and flea treatment may be added for an additional charge. Dogs under 7 years old and weighing less than 50lbs can be done on select Wednesdays as well. The prices for dogs are $260 for females and $160 for males, including the rabies vaccine. Again if the rabies is not needed the surgery price will be $10 less. Additional services such as 4DX testing, distemper, bordatella vaccines and microchipping can also be added. It is very important that all pets be physically fit and healthy to ensure the safest possible surgical experience. Please call the front desk at 943-6032 to make your appointment.
