Mother Daughter Day -Healing and Bonding With The Elements - May 6th
Join me for a day to represent the bonds between you and your daughter(s). We will have a gathering to celebrate the beauty of a woman’s spirit and body. A healing session to let go of the negativity that holds you back and a few hours to recharge and bond with positive people!
We will meet at Lewes Beach at 6 pm. We will sit in a circle and have a discussion time, we will then do a quick guided mediation to relax and open to the elements. From there, I have set up a fun healing session with a few different activities that will bring cleansing with the salt water and enlighten us with fire, air and earth. We will not be fully submerged in the water unless you want to. Knee or ankle deep is sufficient. All supplies will be included.
