Beachcombers Corvette club presents scholarships

Bailey is a graduate of Delmar High School and plans on attending Salisbury University majoring in biology. The Beachcombers Corvette Club of Southern Delaware presented two scholarships July 7 at their monthly meeting at CHEER in Georgetown. The criteria for the scholarship entrants was an essay on how to raise money for their chosen charity, community service and leadership ability. The Corvette Club presents scholarships annually along with other charitable givings throughout the year.
