Betty A. Wyatt-Dix of Magnolia presented a check for $2,000 to the Alzheimer's Association. She wrote a book about Alzheimer's disease from a child's perspective titled, "Where's My Grandmom, and What Did You Do with Her?"
This was a story about her mother's struggles with Alzheimer's disease. The book was published by Mascot Books. Wyatt-Dix donates book proceeds toward Alzheimer's research through the Alzheimer's Association.
