Brian Clark Aisquith, computer analyst

Brian Clark Aisquith, 69, of Ocean View, formerly of Edgewater, Md., passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at his home Wednesday, July 19, 2017.

He was born in Annapolis, Md., Oct. 7, 1947, to the late Elgin C. Aisquith and Elizabeth J. (Walters) Smith. Brian proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War from 1967-71.

Brian worked for the United States Government Printing Office in Washington, D.C. as a computer systems analyst until his retirement in 2001 with over 30 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, gardening, traveling and spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Bruce E. Aisquith. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Janice A. (Dean) Aisquith; a daughter, Pamela J. Ford of Hagerstown, Md.; a son, Christopher C. Aisquith and his wife Emily of Ocean View; two grandchildren, Daniel C. Aisquith and Ryan C. Aisquith, both of Ocean View; a sister, Carol Steele of Lynchburg, Va.; and a stepsister, Linda L. Smith of Salem, Va.

A visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., Saturday, July 29, at the Ocean View Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 38040 Muddy Neck Road, Ocean View, where a memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Interment will be private.
