Cape district superintendent to discuss referendum Feb. 21

The Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce will host Bob Fulton, Cape Henlopen School District superintendent, as the speaker for its general membership luncheon at 12 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 21, at The Cultured Pearl, 301 Rehoboth Ave, Rehoboth Beach.
Fulton will present an update on the school district and review the referendum coming up for vote Tuesday, March 26.
