Capital Ringers to perform at Bethel in Lewes Nov. 25

Capital Ringers Inc. is a community English handbell ensemble that entertains and educates concert audiences with an extensive repertoire of rock ‘n' roll, patriotic, sacred and current top 40 tunes, performing on the largest set of handbells on the Delmarva Peninsula. Their 2017 winter concert tour, Holiday Classics, will be performed locally at 4 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 25, at Bethel United Methodist Church, 129 W. Fourth St., Lewes. Suggested donation is $15 per person; admission is free to those under age 18.

This seasonal musical concert will feature favorites such as "It's The Most Wonderful Time of The Year," "A Charlie Brown Christmas," "Stille Nacht," "Oh Hanukkah," "You're A Mean One, Mr. Grinch,” "Sing We Now of Christmas," and many more. Mr. Grinch might even make an appearance!

Founded in 2004 by Artistic Director Linda Simms, the Capital Ringers' mission is to provide performances that demonstrate the artistic diversity of English handbells. Their combination of handbells, percussion instruments, movement, audience interaction, humor and visual technology creates a show that will appeal to people of all ages.
