Capstone Homes breaks ground at Seashore Villas in Fenwick Island
Capstone Homes recently announced it broke ground Sept. 22 on its newest community, Seashore Villas in Fenwick Island.
The first of three key groundbreakings to be completed within the next year, Seashore Villlas brings Capstone Homes to the Bethany Beach-Fenwick area. Jake Booth, president and managing partner at Capstone Homes, is excited to extend its products through the entire region of the Delaware shore. "We are a small company that takes pride in the relationships we build with our clients. We customize each home to meet the needs of our customer and to match their individual personalities," said Booth.
