Taken from the deck of one of the Cape May-Lewes Ferry vessels back in October, Bill Hicks’ photo of the Harbor of Refuge Light illustrates just how choppy the water can be out near the beacon. A new dock was recently added to the lighthouse, as a result of efforts from Delaware River and Bay Lighthouse Foundation.
