Columbus A. Nacchia Jr., Pipefitters member

Columbus A. Nacchia Jr., 83, of Millville, passed away Monday, Oct. 2, 2017, at his home.

He was born June 17, 1934, in Wilmington, son of the late Columbus A. Nacchia Sr. and Anna (Russo) Nacchia.

Columbus was a member of Pipefitters Local #74. He enjoyed time with his family and going out to eat.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Lucy Ann (Italia) Nacchia.

He is survived by his son, Columbus Nacchia (Debbie); two daughters, Lisa Wagner (Josef) and Tracey O'Neill (Michael); and seven grandchildren, Melissa Riden (Brian), Tiffany Nichols (Brian), Christopher Nacchia (Falyn), Pauline Wagner, Aubrey Wagner, Caitlin O'Neill and Brady O'Neill. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; a brother, Guy Nacchia (Renee) and a sister, Barbara Branum (Howard).

A visitation will be held Monday, Oct. 9, from 10 to 11 a.m., at the chapel of Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. Dupont Highway, New Castle, where a funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
