Don’t ignore zoning conditions

May 12, 2017

Zoning terms and conditions are developed and executed for a reason. Those who choose to knowingly ignore them, build, and then complain about the formal repercussions, look to justify their actions at the expense of those who follow the rules.

This is yet another example of me first and the rest of the community last. I suggest to look at the intent, which is a complete disregard for the law-abiding residents.
