Epworth and Rehoboth Children’s Theatre to host VBS July 5-7

Vacation Bible School at Epworth United Methodist Church in Rehoboth Beach will celebrate drama and the Bible from 9 to 11 a.m., Wednesday-Friday, July 5-7.  

Children will be invited to act out the stories that carry meaning for their faith. Elise and Steve Seyfried, directors of the Rehoboth Summer Children's Theater, will guide them in learning dramas. Registration forms are now being accepted for children ages 3 years through fifth grade. Middle school students are invited to serve as helpers during the mornings.

For registration forms, visit the church lobby or go to www.eumcrb.org/vbs. Children's registration forms should be returned to the church office between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to noon Friday, or Sunday mornings.

The Rehoboth Summer Children’s Theatre is a professional company producing plays for family audiences, and theater and film camps for children. The 2017 season includes a series of performances at Epworth. “Peter Pan,” “Jack and the Beanstalk” and “Toad’s Escape” are performed on a rotating schedule  There are two weeks of film camp for ages 8-14 and four weeks of theater camp for ages 5-12. Epworth United Methodist Church is at 19285 Holland Glade Road, just north of Rehoboth Beach off Route 1.
