Fisher Architecture to start construction on Bluecoast Seafood Grill in Rehoboth

December 10, 2016

Fisher Architecture LLC announced construction will begin on SoDel Concepts’ newest restaurant, Bluecoast Seafood Grill in Rehoboth. The Fisher Architecture project is the second Bluecoast Seafood Grill, one of the hospitality group's eight restaurants in coastal Delaware, and will be open year-round. The 7,000-square-foot restaurant, (4,500 square feet interior and 2,500 square feet exterior) will accommodate 250 guests. A large outdoor gathering area will feature fire pits, a bar and an acoustic stage.

"We are thrilled to have the opportunity to work with the SoDel Concepts enterprise in bringing this sister restaurant to the community," said Keith Fisher, Fisher Architecture LLC. "Knowing we are contributing to a project that will bring 100 new jobs to the area is energizing and fulfilling. We are proud to be a partner in the expansion of a nationally recognized award-winning restaurant."

"We admire Fisher's work and value the reputation they have in the market," said Scott Kammerer, president of SoDel Concepts. "They are a great team to work with. We didn't choose them from a short list. Fisher Architecture was our top choice." Bluecoast Rehoboth will have the same décor, upscale feel, service, and culinary team including Head Chef Jason Dietterick. "The Fisher team delivered the design on time and within budget. They have been very responsive and professional. We are excited to be working with their team again," said Kammerer.

Bluecoast Seafood Grill Rehoboth will be in the Rehoboth Gateway Shopping Center and is expected to open in early summer 2017.
