Free class on Investing in Retirement set June 21

Investing Strategies for Those at or Near Retirement, a free class, will be offered to the public from 4 to 5:30 p.m., Thursday, June 21, at the Lewes Public Library.

The class covers investing throughout retirement and how to take actionable steps to increase probabilities of financial success. This course is a detailed retirement planning seminar designed to educate those who are nearing retirement or who have recently retired. It focuses on steps the lay person can take to increase the probabilities of a successful retirement.

The goal is to help make people aware of the challenges of investing in retirement and teach them suitable ways to overcome them.

Sponsor Delaware Money School provides certified financial planner Robert Jeter, CFP, CRPC to the public. Having written, spoken and taught on the subject many times, he will break down a complex subject, to simple, understandable layman’s terms.  Jeter is a financial advisor with Cetera Advisors LLC member FINRA, SIPC.
