Free lower back pain and sciatica workshop set at Lewes library Dec. 16

December 4, 2017

Aging in Place Specialists LLC will host a free workshop on lower back pain and sciatica from 10 to 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 16, at Lewes Public Library.

The workshop is relevant for people who have had lower back pain or sciatica in the last 30 days and missed work, family activities or things they enjoy because of back pain. It will help those who have been worrying about pain, numbness and tingling rather than living life, and people who have tried everything they can think of but cannot find relief and just want to go back to living life normally.

Attendees will learn the three most common causes of  lower back pain and sciatica, and the single biggest mistake sufferers make which actually stops them from healing. Treatments for specific causes will be covered. Back problems can cause pain, numbness or tingling in the leg, and there are successful treatments and relief without the side effects of medications, injections or surgery.
