Gerald D. Lore, Hoffmann-La Roche retiree

Gerald D. Lore died Sunday, March 17, 2024, in Bedford, N.H. He was born Jan. 26, 1935, in Niagara Falls, N.Y.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Patricia A. Lore; children, Thomas (Sheri), Mark, Christopher (Jeanine), Suzanne (Anthony) and Matthew; as well as eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He graduated from Purdue University and served in the U.S. Army in the late 1950s. In 1962, he joined the pharmaceutical company Hoffmann-La Roche, as a pharmaceutical salesman. He retired after 36 years with the company as vice president of federal government affairs, in which capacity he led Roche’s Washington, D.C. office.

There will be no calling hours.
