Harrison Orlando McCray, a joy to have around

Harrison Orlando McCray, lovingly known as Juney, son of Patricia McCray and Harrison Custis, was born Oct. 27, 1982, in Milford, Juney was called home Saturday, Feb. 4, 2017.

Harrison attended Indian River High School, Frankford. His favorite sports team was the Washington Redskins. Juney loved hanging with his family and friends. He was truly a joy to have around.

Harrison was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Hazel McCray and Harrison Manual; his paternal grandmother Martha Custis; and two uncles, Larry McCray, and Vy Custis.

Harrison leaves to cherish his memories, his mother Patricia McCray of Millsboro; father Harrison Custis, Millsboro; six children, Jeremiah Eley, Cameron, Haria Handy, Harmony McCray, Ava McCray and Timothy Robinson; sister Chantia Hogan of Millsboro; one nephew, Yson Hogan; one niece, Allyah Hogan; six uncles; five aunts; and a host of family and friends.

Celebration of Life will be Saturday, Feb. 11, at noon, with a viewing one hour prior at Dagsboro Church of God, 32224 Dupont Blvd. Dagsboro. Condolences may be sent and guestbook signed at www.benniesmithfuneralhome.com.
