HeartWish workshop to explore consciousness, awareness April 24

HeartWish Healing Center will host a workshop on consciousness and awareness led by Andrew Schubauer, an empowerment and fulfillment coach, at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 24, at 301 Rehoboth Ave, Suite G, Rehoboth Beach.

Through a series of guided meditative processes, participants will be able to experience the power and/or limitations of each level and the impact it can have on their energy, thoughts and emotions.

“As consciousness and community go hand in hand, all participants will also be offered an opportunity to discuss their experiences post-meditation so that we may experience the shared wisdom of those around us. Due to the vulnerable and emotional nature of this workshop, it is important to enter this workshop with a mindset of openness, compassion and non-judgmental acceptance (that goes for yourself as well),” he said.
